How to add AdSense Search to WordPress Theme "Tips WP Theme V2"

First steps: create the blank page

Create a page without content in your blog then, save and publish the page. Now go to next steps for the code "AdSense for search".

Second steps: Get adsense for search code

Login to your adsense account click "AdSense Setup", then click on "Get ads", then click "AdSense for search"
Select the type of search. Select the site or any website, I suggest select "Only selected sites" then you can enter your blog url. Click continue.

Login to wp-admin of your blog.  Click on "appearance" and "editor". Click "adsense-search.php" pas the adsense search (the search box code) code here then save the page blank setting.Edit created above.
