There are a number of people out there that have sound problems with their computer systems. One of the most common sound problems that people have is when they're unable to hear any sound from their system. Today, I'm going to give you a few solutions that you can use to correct this problem.
In a computer, there are always at least two reasons why a problem might occur. The first reason is a hardware problem and the second is a software issue. In order for you to fix the problem, you need to be able to determine whether it's a problem with the hardware or the software. In this situation, the hardware issue would be related to the sound card inside the machine and the speakers attached to them. The software problem on the other hand would relate to the sound cards drivers.
There could be a number of reasons why the sound in your system has stopped working, which is why the solution differs.
In many cases, you might have accidentally muted your computers sound. In order to fix this problem, all you'd have to do is click on the sound icon positioned in the bottom right hand corner and un-mute it.
Another problem could be the speakers that are attached to your system. It's possible that the speakers may not be connected to your computer properly. You could have accidentally put the speaker's connector into the wrong port at the back of the computer.
Maybe there's a problem with the connector at the back of the system, or the wire has been disconnected or it could be an electrical problem. Check your system to make sure there are no loose connections and that the speakers are connected into the right ports at the back of your computer.
