That should be taken into account before you buy a laptop computer from a computer store

I always receive telephone calls about laptops and how to know if it is a good laptop or a dud is also. There are several things to look before buying a notebook.

1. The amount of memory - not buying a laptop without at least 1 GB of DDR memory.(I prefer 2 GB in order to have my laptop running super fast)

2 Hard - drive now this depends on what you use for but for a team of family in the market today's 120 GB hard drive, or is greater than what you should look for due to downloading music, Internet surfing and pictures will fill a faster hard drive than they thought.

3 Mark - Stick with names you can trust: HP, Compaq, Dell, Acer, Sony, Toshiba are my main business notebook.

4 CPU Speed - because that is difficult to tell these days due to the outbreak motherboard speed just verse Intel and AMD to 3.0Gz P4 new technologies or superior.Yo I used AMD and Intel and that both do the job, so I save money and get the AMD processor in place in most cases.

5 Ports - make sure you have all the ports that are necesitará.USB 2-4 ports, if you have firewire devices ensure that you have a firewire port on your laptop, so you don't have to buy one later.

6. The DVD Burner: I suggest getting a team with your DVD burner in it, so you can easily do backup of your computer, as well as large files burns when necessary.
